Worth knowing
Four facts, not an invented FAQ.
- Not an emergency service
MyDermaLife is not an emergency service.
- The clinician decides
Diagnosis and prescription stay with the dermatologist.
- AI prepares
It summarises and reminds — it does not decide.
- An empty journal
Articles appear only once they are published.
Practical questions
Does MyDermaLife diagnose on the public site?
No. The site explains and orients. Diagnosis and prescription belong to the dermatologist.
Can I send a photograph to support?
Please do not send a medical photograph in a general message. Images belong to the patient journey, with explicit consent.
Are fees and slots the same everywhere?
No. They depend on the professional and the market, and must be published before any confirmation.
Where are the downloadable documents?
They will appear under Downloads once a versioned, approved guide exists.
Get oriented, then get care
