A question that serves the skin and the care, before any promise.
- 02Traceable source
Origin, method and version must all be findable.
- 03Human review
Technology prepares. A human responsibility decides.
- 04Visible limits
Incomplete evidence is named as exactly that.
- 05Explicit status
Planned, running, paused or published: never an ambiguous in-between.

- Purpose and expected result defined before the start.
- Owner
- Owner, review and final decision all identifiable.
- Data
- Provenance, consent, access and retention documented.
- Method
- Population, measurement, bias and limits made explicit.
- Safety
- Risk assessed before anyone is exposed to it.
- Publication
- Result, status and limits released together.
